Welcome to Lincoln Training Center –
Turning Disabilities into Possibilities

Lincoln Training Center serves over 600 clients annually at more than 100 job sites throughout California. Our goal remains constant: to create successful employment partnerships between the business community and persons with disabilities.

Come to the Center on any given day and you will be inspired by this special place where adults with disabilities learn job skills, gain confidence, and achieve success in the workplace. Each individual is matched with a job and earns a paycheck, which leads to self-esteem and independence.

There are hundreds of success stories at Lincoln Training Center, and we celebrate each of them. Take Scott, for example. He has worked at Nordstrom in Glendale for 15 years. He began his career as a stock clerk in the Men’s Department restocking shelves and preparing clothing for display. After gradually assuming more responsibility in the Nordstrom Café, Scott parlayed those skills into his current position at the Nordstrom Espresso Bar. Scott is a dedicated and conscientious employee with an outstanding attendance record who takes great pride in his work. Says Espresso Bar Manager Roxy Acosta, “One of the things I like about Scott is his ‘no problem’ attitude; he comes in every morning ready to work!” Matthew Bodaken, Men’s Dept Manager, added “Scott is as much a part of Nordstrom Glendale as any team member here. We’re lucky to have him.”

For Lincoln clients, finding a meaningful job brings pride and self esteem to each individual. We are deeply grateful to all who continue to lead the way as partners in community service and support.
